To make this GREAT snack and sprinkle for salads and stir-frys all you have to do is….
Dry fry 50g of mixed seeds in a non-stick pan over a high heat until popping and toasted but not burnt.
Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and half a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the pan and coat all the seeds well.
Serve!
